Clearing
This
technique is similar to the Limpia treatment, except it treats the
entire house, all the people and animals that live there. This is
a Mexihka method of cleansing any unwanted influences from the home-environment.
This is especially good for people just moving into a new home, to
clear the energies from the previous occupant. It is also good for
houses that have been disturbed by violence or negativity.
The
ceremony acts as both a cleansing and blessing of protection. The
house will be cleansed with herbs, smoke, special water and sound.
All the occupants of the house are asked to be present for the ceremony.
This ceremony can last for a few hours or half a day, depending on
the size of the house and the number occupants.
