Mexihka translates as "one who comes from their centre",
Pactli means "healing" so in essence it is Centred Healing.
This ancient medicine system has its origins in the Olmec, Toltec and finally the Mexihka cultures in Mexico. Over 20,000 years old, it was kept secret until the 1970's when the elders decided it was time to share this healing path.
The teachings and techniques have their foundation in the "Filosofia Anahuac," a complete system of living based on being in harmony with ourselves and our environment. Using these concepts enables us to know our true selves and bring more consciousness to our thinking and our behaviour. This philosophy is applied to all areas of life and provides the basis for the medical concepts of the Mexihka's.
